目的
幼兒可能會出現負面的情緒,而深呼吸是其中一種有效調節情緒的好方法。我們希望家長同幼兒一起練習深呼吸。深呼吸可以平復強烈的負面情緒,定期的深呼吸更可以令整個人都平和一點(Ma et al., 2017)。在深呼吸的時候,我們專注呼吸,加強自己的覺察度,對大人小孩都有好處(Chan & Lam, 2017; Yao et al., 2020)。​

我們為大家製作了一條聲音導航的影片,由我們帶著大家一起進行《三分鐘深呼吸練習》。
